There were some sincere employees in my office who were complaining me about the disturbances in my office during my absence but I was not paying heed towards their complaint because I was really busy and not getting time to take action against them I have one more office to take care of and I had to visit that office too regularly but I was unable to manage both the offices at the same time so I insisted my wife to join the other office and take care of it So she readily agreed and then I was relaxed and could concentrate on my work peacefully...
