Public Record Pretexts

Usually the furnisher of public record information is a service bureau. It takes a little bit of work, but once you discover the identity of the service bureau, you can bring a suit against it for failing to report accurately. You must take care, however; there might indeed be an inaccurate public record document that it transposed correctly, in which case the party that actually filed the document is at fault. The best way to determine this, of course, is to check the public record entry against the information the service bureau furnishes.
